Right of withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

Please clearly state your decision to withdraw from this contract (e.g., by email or mail).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except additional costs for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Digital Products: Products delivered electronically where the download or access has already started with your prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is waived.
2. On-Demand or Customized Products: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
